Exercise start small and build up
In 2020, I rode my bike alot but i needed more exercise. I started running 30 seconds at a time in a parking lot. Then I started to run with music and each month i added more songs to my run playlist. Now I run for more than one hour and I run races with my running group called Rolling Thunder.
i am going to run a 10k in January 2024 at Disney World.
Running is happy and exciting and relaxing and helps with stress. But it was hard when I started and i started with a small run in a parking lot and alot of walking. Never quit and never give up.
